DAVID THOMAS CARR
ABOUT ME
I was born in the small city of Ardmore, OK on May 24, 1958. In my sophmore year I attended Eisenhower High School in Lawton, OK there I played football, I also participated also their JROTC program, in my junior year I returned to Ardmore Senior High School, due to family difficulties I enlisted in the US Army in 1976. I served overseas at Camp Pelham in the Republic of Korea as part of the 2nd/ 17th Field Artillery just after basic combat training. I returned stateside to Fort Sill, OK to the 2nd/ 1st Field Artillery for the remainder of my active enlistment in 1979. I then visited my father in Cincinnati, OH for a year before returning to Ardmore and enlisting in the US Army Reserves for 15 years. The next 20+ years I have worked in the healthcare field working as a certified nurse assistant and certified medication aide. I attended Oklahoma Junior College and earned an AAS degree in Electronic Engineering while in the reserves graduating 1n 1986. I enrolled at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK in 2001 until 2003 finishing my BBA in Business Management through American Intercontential University Online where I graduated in 2011. I wrote my first book "Trebb the Troll" in 2005. An learned that I enjoyed writing!!!
